Rodney 'Rod' Ritter
President
Rod Ritter has held senior management positions in various aviation organizations for over 25 years. Beginning in the aircraft leasing and financing arena, he was co-owner of a boutique financing company specializing in second tier credits for helicopters, corporate aircraft and airline equipment.
In 1989 he joined one of the world’s largest commercial helicopter operators as their Director of Finance and Risk Management. Over a 5-year period he arranged financing for the company expansion to 140 aircraft while directing the insurance placements for EMS, helicopter logging, regional airline, aerospace parts manufacturing and Workers’ Compensation.
He transitioned into the insurance brokerage realm in 1995 as a senior officer and co-owner of a privately held company. He was the company’s largest producer prior to leaving and forming Velocity Insurance Group in 2010.
A 1983 graduate of Western Washington University, College of Business and Economics with emphasis in Economics and Exercise Physiology. He also completed course work at the University of Southern California’s Institute of Safety and Systems Management.

Nick Ritter
VP Business Development
Nick Ritter has been in the insurance industry for over a decade, beginning with a personal and commercial insurance agency in 2012. He was the leading commercial lines producer before transitioning into aviation insurance with Velocity. He takes a logical and down-to-earth approach to risk management, working closely with clients to make the procurement of aviation insurance efficient, while also providing the highest value to the client.
In his personal life, Nick enjoys cooking, cars, and spending time with his family (including dogs). He also loves aviation including reading, watching, riding in, and talking about aircraft. His goal is to obtain his private pilot license, but is settling for a drone hobbyist for the time being.
A graduate of the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon with a focus in Marketing. He also holds an Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) designation from the leading provider of risk management education.

Colleen Yeomans
Financial Manager
Colleen Yeomans has over 25 years experience in the Aviation Industry, working in Finance and Accounting. Colleen has been responsible for all aspects of Accounting and Finance, Treasury, Tax, Audit and Reporting for a multi-million dollar helicopter operation. With a specialty of Business Analysis and Budgeting she has a unique understanding of the Aviation industry and has spent many years acting as a liaison between Operational Departments and Accounting.
Colleen currently lives in Boise Idaho with her husband and two children.

Jodee Morgan
Sr Aviation Account Manager
Jodee’s aviation background started early in life. Her family owned and operated one of Utah’s largest and most successful aircraft Charter / FBO companies. Prior to joining her parent’s company in 1985, Jodee had already gained experience in the insurance industry as a Team Leader at a company specializing in life insurance products. Upon joining her parent’s aviation company, Jodee performed administrative duties for the President of the company, as well as providing assistance with payroll services and bookkeeping duties. It was during this time Jodee had the opportunity to work with the company’s Aviation Insurance Broker. Given her prior insurance experience, Jodee quickly recognized the need for additional licensed aviation brokers in Utah.
Jodee successfully obtained her Property and Casualty Insurance license in 1987. She began to assist full-time as an aviation broker. Her responsibilities included all aspects of support for the company’s growing book of aviation insurance business. After selling her book of business, she accepted a position in Park City, Utah with Aviation Insurance Services. Jodee’s responsibilities included handling the day to day management of several large aviation accounts. In her current position with Velocity Insurance Group, she assists in the management of both medium and large commercial accounts, and commercial placements involving complex quota share policies. Jodee is committed to providing her clients with the best customer service available in the industry
